What is your return policy?

All eligible items must be returned in unused condition, accompanied with original receipt within 30 days of delivery.  After 30 days, returns are no longer accepted. In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted; this includes any item not in its original condition, or items damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.

Customers are responsible for non-refundable return shipping costs. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

After placing an order, please allow on average 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. We will notify you when your order ships.

Due to the nature of our business, during peak sales season and due to high volumes of orders, please allow for additional time for your order to ship. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please contact customer service at 717-797-2020 or shop@l2brands.com.

What are the shipping methods?

Our team ships orders Monday –Friday only.  We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed will be shipped using UPS SurePost®.

You will receive a tracking number via email shortly after you package leaves our warehouse. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays

Free shipping on all orders of $75! (Excludes wholesale orders). We do not ship internationally, and we do not offer expedited shipping options.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number via email shortly after you package leaves our warehouse which will estimate your package arrival date.

Why didn’t I receive everything in my order?

If you did not receive one of your items in your package, it is highly likely that your item is out of stock.

Your packing slip will note if an item is out of stock, and you will be contacted shortly about when you can expect to receive your out-of stock item
